Returns Policy

In the case of goods found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery you must contact us first before returning the items. Only once we have authorised a return and provided a Returns Number should you return goods to us.

Any goods found to be defective or damaged upon delivery should be reported within 7 days. Goods reported faulty outside of the 7 day period will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
